Raised in Orlando, FL, David attended Florida State University before obtaining his master’s of business from the University of Miami. David is also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

While a sophomore college, David began his entrepreneurial career with Southwestern Advantage building an educational sales business. Throughout his four years with SWA, he recruited and trained over 50 salespeople invaluable life and business skills.

In 2013 and 2015, David was recognized for recruiting the top sales production team in Southwestern Advantage while being a top salesman himself. After working as the first sales rep for Rescrub, a medical equipment-oriented startup, David returned to the Southwestern Family of Companies to begin the creation of Southwestern Insurance Group.

David starts his mornings at the gym training for his next triathlon. On the weekends, you can find him at a Nashville Sounds baseball game, catching up with friends, or hiking. His favorite quote is from Jackie Robinson, “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.”
